Terms of Service

The rules for using Snapfact.

1. The service

Snapfact is a Belgian e-invoicing SaaS platform operated by FNI Solutions SRL.

We provide: invoice creation, Peppol delivery, VAT reporting, AI assistance.

Access is provided via web app (snapfact.be) and mobile app.

You must be a VAT-registered Belgian entity or a Belgian sole trader to use Snapfact for Peppol.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company and VAT information.

You must not share your account credentials.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual, billed in advance.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

Annual plans: cancelled within 14 days of renewal = full refund.

Monthly plans: cancel anytime, access continues until end of paid period.

No partial refunds for unused months.

Snapfact routes outbound Peppol documents through provider infrastructure on the Belgian e-invoicing network.

You are responsible for the legal accuracy of invoices you send.

Snapfact is not liable for incorrect VAT amounts, wrong recipient VAT numbers, or invoices sent to the wrong party.

Spark AI is an AI assistant trained on Belgian tax rules and invoicing regulations.

Spark's answers are informational and do not constitute legal or tax advice.

Always verify important tax questions with a certified Belgian accountant.

Spark's answers may contain errors — do not rely solely on Spark for compliance decisions.

We target 99.5% uptime.

Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance.

We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

Snapfact, the Snapfact logo, and Spark AI are trademarks of FNI Solutions SRL.

Your invoice data remains your property at all times.

You grant FNI Solutions a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

You may cancel your account at any time via Settings → Subscription.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination: 30-day window to export your data.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
